Brian Bembenick is a partner at Pearne & Gordon LLP with extensive experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications. His practice includes both foreign and domestic patent prosecution, as well as validity and infringement opinions, and patentability reviews in the pharmaceutical, chemical and biotechnology fields.

Brian is a former Patent Examiner at the United States Patent & Trademark Office in the Organic Chemical Group. He is also a member of the Cleveland Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Cleveland and American Intellectual Property Law Associations.
