Deborah Corpus is an associate at Pearne& Gordon LLP. She has experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the computer science, electrical, and chemical arts, trademark applications, and copyright applications. She has handled various intellectual property disputes, including trademark opposition proceedings and copyright disputes. Additionally, Deborah has rendered infringement, patentability, and validity opinions in the above technologies as well as in the pharmaceutical and medical arts and has experience in drafting and negotiating various business agreements and documents including confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements.

Deborah is currently a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the American Bar Association, the International Trademark Association, the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association, and the Cleveland Bar Association.
