Aaron Fishman is a partner at Pearne & Gordon LLP. He has experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the mechanical, electrical, and computer software arts, trademark applications, and copyright applications. He has experience in counseling clients regarding patent infringement and related issues. He has rendered infringement, patentability, and validity opinions and has experience in drafting and negotiating various business agreements and documents including confidentiality and nondisclosure agreement, Internet-related agreements, and other intellectual property-related agreements.

Aaron is currently a member of the Cleveland Bar Association, the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Associate, the Ohio Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, and the Fédération Internationale des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle.
