Ivan R. Goldberg

Ivan R. Goldberg is an associate at Pearne & Gordon LLP. He has experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the mechanical arts and in prosecuting trademark applications. He has rendered infringement, patentability, and validity opinions.

Prior to entering the practice of law, Ivan was a Process Manager working for Ford Motor Company. At Ford, Ivan worked with Packaging Engineering to launch a new inventory system and to solve issues with returnable containers housing assembly components.

Ivan is currently a member of the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
