Martin M. Kilbane

Martin Kilbane is an associate at Pearne & Gordon LLP.  He has experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the mechanical arts.  He has rendered patentability, validity, and infringement opinions.

Prior to entering the practice of law, Martin was a Technical Sales Engineer at Process Technology, Inc.  At Process Technology, Inc., Martin redesigned heaters and heat exchangers used in semiconductor and PCB manufacturing for CE compliance, as well as provided engineering support for programming and wiring of temperature controls and PLCs. 

During law school, Martin was a member of the John Marshall Review of Intellectual Property Law, serving as a staff editor for 2007-2008. 

Martin is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the Society of Automotive Engineers, the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association, and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
