Una Lauricia is a partner at Pearne & Gordon LLP. She has handled various intellectual property disputes, including trademark opposition proceedings, patent litigation, and copyright disputes. Additionally, Una has rendered infringement, patentability, and validity opinions and has experience in drafting and negotiating various business agreements and documents including confidentiality and nondisclosure agreement and Internet-related agreements. Una also has experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the mechanical and electro- mechanical arts, trademark applications, and copyright applications.

Prior to entering the practice of law, Una was a project engineer at Swagelok Corporation. At Swagelok, Una worked with CNC machining, welding, and assembly processes for fluid system components used in the semiconductor, biopharmaceutical, and oil and gas industries.

Una is currently Treasurer of the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association and is a member of the Cleveland Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, and the International Trademark Association.
