Evan Perry is an associate at Pearne & Gordon LLP. He has experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the electrical, computer software, and mechanical arts. Additionally, Evan has experience counseling clients regarding portfolio development, rendering invalidity and infringement opinions, advising on third party patents, and conducting due diligence in preparation of various Intellectual Property transactions.

Prior to entering the practice of law, Evan worked as a software developer. During this time, Evan designed and developed a wide array of software products including web-based applications and software for embedded systems.
